Chris Schooley, director of development at Stonehaus and project manager of Belvedere, sums up the essence of Belvedere: a diverse community that isn't just green, it's family-oriented, it's civic, it encourages wellness, and it's authentic.

Chris Hays of Hays + Ewing Design Studio describes plans for the Belvedere civic core or "Great Hall" as a multi-use, multi-seasonal indoor/outdoor pavilion set in a park plaza.

Cass Kawecki, director of sales and marketing for Stonehaus, welcomes local community members, realtors and the media to the official Belvedere groundbreaking on May 10th, 2007.
