There are currently two home builders in Belvedere, Eagle Construction of Virginia and Stonehaus Residential. Eagle of Construction has a model home located at 775 Belvedere Blvd. which is open Thursdays through Sundays from 1-5pm. Stonehaus Residential has a model home located at 818 Belvedere Blvd. which is open Thursdays through Sundays from 11am-5pm.
